Strip accumulator

   W + K IndustrieTechnik supplies components and complete lines for the manufacture of HF-welded longitudinal pipes with diameters of up to OD 26" (660.0 mm).
The input material used is hot-rolled wide strip in the material qualities up to X70.

The following two machine types are available at W + K IndustrieTechnik:
OD 1.660" to OD 6 5/8"
OD 8 5/8" to OD 24" (26")

Pipe production acc. to International Standards, for example
API 5L, API 5CT, EN 10 208

Features of HF-Longitudinal Pipe Welding Lines:
W + K-Strip Accumulator
The W + K-strip accumulator permits a continuous production process in connection with a considerable increase in the capacity of the HF-longitudinal pipe welding line and an improvement in quality of the produced pipes.

Cage Forming System with quick-change system
The W + K-cage forming system has proven its worth in practice thanks to the quick-change system for the pipe diameter, the welding line can be reequipped for another set of dimensions within the shortest possible period.
